July 13-17 Adventure Camp (Wolves: 8-12 years)

The Adventure Camp program is offered July 13-17 and Aug 10-14. This program offers the same opportunities as the Forest Friends, with the options of skill-building instruction including fire-building, orienteering, whittling, storytelling and shelter-building. This program respects your young person’s growing autonomy and their drive to be creative!

At Out to Play, we follow the Forest and Nature School approach, which means every day is about curiosity, exploration, and learning through play. Our amazing educators focus on relationship-building, playfulness and clear expectations to offer guidance through fun and challenging days. Forest and Nature School learning is emergent; each day feels fresh and exciting, responding to the interests of the children.

The program runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at either the Out to Play Centre or the Nest, both located at 230 Davidson’s Side Road. Once you register, you'll receive a warm Welcome Letter with all the details you need, including parking instructions, packing tips, and a chance to meet the Out to Play team. We can’t wait to have your young person join us for a summer of friendship, learning and adventure!
